Bara, Speaking To Andoni Local News On Phone Today The 10/8/2019, He Declared That The Insecurity Situation In Andoni Has Turned Worst Under The Leadership Of Paul Lawrence Paul. (A.K.A Stainless) And The Worst Is Yet To Occur If A Drastic Action Is Not Taken By The Governor Of River State Nyesom Wike And The Local Government Chairman Of Andoni, Paul L. Stainless, To Remedy The Situation In Ngo And Andoni At Large.  According To The Youth, He Acknowledged That Andoni Youth Leaders And Political Leaders, Chiefs And Kings May Never Gossip About The Constant Ritual Killings Going On In All Parts Of Andoni In The Name Of Cult Related Activities Because Of The Fear Of The Unknown Gunmen, Our Girls Are Been Brutally Rapped Without Police Or Anybody To Interruption, Stealing Has Turned Another Dimension Where The Boys Now Go From House To House With A Pos Machine To Collect  Peoples ATM Card, Intimation Of All Sort Is Going On In Every Part Of Andoni, Our Youth And Elders Are Been Killed Barbarically In A Cool Blood, kidnapping of both foreigners and the citizens is on the high side.
According To Comrade Friday D. Bara The Local Government Chairman Should Put An End To The Menace Rapping The Future Of Andoni, Before It Become Too Late.  The Youth Leaders While Speaking To Andoni Local News On Phone Avowed That Andoni Local Governments Chairman Should Create A Peaceful Atmosphere In Andoni By Working With All The Youths, Irrespective Of Their Political Views And Faction In Andoni For Peace To Reign. He Therefore Mentioned Some Program That Could Initiate Peace Amongst The Youths in Andoni Such As:
1.      A Peace And Reconciliation Committee That Will Look Into The Basis Of The Barbaric Killings In Andoni And Recommend A Resolution To It, If Amnesty Will Okay Or Empowerment To Size Fire On All Groups, Should be set up Immediately.
2.      Rehabilitation Program That Will Provide Skills Acquisition Opportunity for the Restive Youth of Andoni Such As: Pipeline Wedding, Video Coverage, Photography, Agricultural Training, Fish Farming with Empowerment, Youth Employment, Scholarship, crane operators Etc. should be set you and Empowerment to start up after Rehabilitation.
3.      After The Rehabilitation, employ The Restive Youth And use them to Form CJTF A Local Vigilante Group That Will Work With The Security Operatives in the local Government area To Fish Out The Thieves, kidnappers And Rapist, That Would Still Want To Terrorize The Andoni
Finally If This Is Done We Can Assure You That The Level Of Insecurity And Cult Related Activities In Andoni Under Your Watch Will Be Reduced To 5.1% Before 3 Years.
